Cancellation Policy

At BwcCoin, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders can be cancelled and how cancellations are handled on our platform.

1. Order cancellation by the buyer

You may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped by the vendor. To cancel an order:

• Log in to your BwcCoin account and go to My Orders
• Locate the order you wish to cancel
• Use the chat feature to notify the vendor of your cancellation request as soon as possible

Cancellations are only guaranteed if the vendor has not yet confirmed or dispatched the order. Once an order has been marked as shipped or out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return instead.

2. Cancellation window

We recommend raising any cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order to maximise the chance of a successful cancellation. After this window, the vendor may have already begun processing your order and cancellation may not be possible.

3. Order cancellation by the vendor

In some circumstances, a vendor may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:

• The product is out of stock or no longer available
• There is a pricing or listing error on the product
• The vendor is unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside their control

In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Refunds on cancelled orders

If your cancellation is approved before the order is processed, you will receive a full refund including any delivery charges paid. Refunds will be credited as follows:

• Mobile money and bank transfer — within 5–10 business days to your original payment account
• Cryptocurrency — refunded in the equivalent amount at the exchange rate at the time of the original payment
• Cash on delivery — no payment would have been collected, so no refund is applicable

5. Non-cancellable orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:

• Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery
• Orders for perishable goods that have been prepared or dispatched
• Custom or made-to-order products where production has already begun
• Digital products that have already been delivered or made available for download

6. Repeated cancellations

BwcCoin reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts that show a pattern of excessive or suspicious cancellation activity. This is to protect vendors and maintain the integrity of the marketplace.

7. Changes to this policy

BwcCoin may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. We encourage you to review this policy before placing an order.
