Refund & Return Policy

At BwcCoin, we want every shopping experience to be a positive one. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return or refund for products purchased through our platform. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. General policy

BwcCoin is a multi-vendor marketplace. Each vendor on our platform is responsible for the products they sell. Return and refund requests are handled on a per-order basis and are subject to the conditions described below. We encourage all buyers to review product descriptions and contact vendors directly via our chat feature before placing an order.

2. Eligibility for returns

You may be eligible to return a product if:

  • The item received is significantly different from the product description
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is incomplete or missing parts as described

To be eligible, the return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where applicable.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods such as food and beverages
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product listing
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

4. How to request a return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your BwcCoin account and go to My Orders
  • Locate the relevant order and use the chat feature to contact the vendor directly
  • Describe the issue clearly and include photos where applicable
  • The vendor will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If the vendor does not respond or the issue cannot be resolved, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page.

5. Refund process

Once a return is approved by the vendor, a refund will be processed as follows:

  • Mobile money and bank transfer payments — refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 5–10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency payments — refunds will be processed in the equivalent amount at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction
  • Cash on delivery — refunds will be arranged directly between the buyer and vendor

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the vendor’s part.

6. Partial refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply when:

  • Only part of a multi-item order is being returned
  • The item shows signs of use but is still being accepted for return at the vendor’s discretion
  • A discount or coupon was applied to the original order

7. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges through the platform. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and refund for the original item, then place a new order for the replacement item.

8. Vendor disputes

If you are unable to reach a resolution with the vendor, BwcCoin may step in to mediate the dispute at our discretion. Our decision in such cases will be final. We reserve the right to issue refunds directly to buyers in cases of clear vendor fault or non-delivery.

9. Changes to this policy

BwcCoin reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase.
