3. Vendor responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and descriptions. By listing products on BwcCoin, vendors confirm that they have the legal right to sell those items and that the products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. BwcCoin reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

4. Orders and payments

All orders placed through BwcCoin are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment methods accepted include cryptocurrency, mobile money, bank transfer, and other methods as made available on the platform. BwcCoin does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

5. Pricing and currency

All prices displayed on the platform are in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) unless otherwise stated. Prices are set by individual vendors and may change at any time without notice. BwcCoin is not responsible for pricing errors made by vendors.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the BwcCoin platform including logos, graphics, text, and software is the property of BwcCoin or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this platform without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

BwcCoin acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to the transaction between buyers and vendors. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from products purchased through the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Privacy

Your use of BwcCoin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Account termination

BwcCoin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice, if we believe the account is being used in violation of these terms, for fraudulent activity, or in any way that is harmful to other users or the platform.
